Don’t forget about stretching after working out. Hold each stretch for
at least 20-30 seconds, don’t bounce, and remember
to breathe. Stretching regularly reduces the risk for injury, decrease
muscle and joint soreness, increases resting length of muscles, and increases
range of motion.
